  • A 30-days bundle or a daily bundle is paid by the initiator only.
  • The minutes, SMS, and Internet over the service bundle, as well as additionally ordered services are paid separately from each number account.

  • When required, the main number can set limits for the group to use a common service bundle. To set the limits, dial*250#1.png or my.lifecell.ua

STEP 1. To become an initiator, get a "Smart Family" bundle or migrate from your current tariff plan via *253#1.png .

STEP 2. To invite members, dial *250#1.png .

STEP 3. The invited number shall confirm joining the group after receiving an SMS.

Starter package with free delivery

1. Call a free number 111.

2. The starter package is activated with "Smart Family S”. Change the bundle, if you wish.

3. Refill your account for the amount required for receipt of a service bundle for 30 days.

4. Test the 3G+ connection:

• Your smartphone must support the 3G standard. This information is available in your phone manual;

• By default, your phone is set to GSM/3G mode (DualMode), so the transition to 3G is done automatically as soon as you get into 3G coverage. Otherwise, make sure that this option is enabled;

• set up the mobile Internet:

i) automatically: just save the settings sent to your smartphone;

ii) manually create an access point (APN) in the mobile network settings. The access point (APN) name is internet internet

5. In line of the signal level indicator, a 3G, H or H+ icon will appear (depending on the manufacturer and phone model). This means that you are within the 3G+ coverage.

To existing subscribers

Migration from a tariff plan or bundle of services with lower subscriber’s fee to one with higher fee is free of charge. In case of migration from higher to lower fee, the price amounts to 30 UAH (with VAT and PF).

What happens if the initiator fails to pay for a 30-days bundle?

Do not worry, all members of "Smart Family" group are provided free calls for three days.

When there is not enough finds on the account for the initiator to pay for the bundles, the standard tariffs shall apply to all: unlimited calls to lifecell – 1 UAH/day per call; calls to the other networks – 3 UAH per 5 mins till the end of the day; SMS - UAH 1; Internet – 5 UAH/50 MB or 0.25 UAH/MB when there is no 5 UAH on the account.

The standard tariffs are paid from the account of each number separately.

How to create a "Smart Family" group?
  1. 1. Purchase and activate "Smart Family" starter pack or change your plan by dialing *253#1.png
  2. 2. Now your phone is an initiator, and you can invite your family and friends to the "Smart Family" group.

Who pays for what in "Smart Family" group?

If the author changes the tariff plan, the group members shall be charged standard tariffs without the possibility of ordering the bundles. However, any member can initiate a new "Smart Family" group by dialing *253#1.pngor migrate to any other tariff plan.

 
What tariff will be charged to the group?

After joining the group, the members change their tariff plan and are serviced at "Smart Family" basic tariffs.

 
How to exclude a member from the group?

Whom can I invite to "Smart Family" group?

The members can be all lifecell subscribers receiving individual prepaid services.

 
Can I connect a tablet or another gadget to the group?

Yes, you can connect not only phones, but also the other devices, i.e. tablets, routers, modems, to the group.

 
How to invite to "Smart Family" group?
  1. Dial from your phone *250#1.png and select "Number management/Connect the number" or go to my.lifecell.com.
  2. The subscriber whom you invite must confirm the request within two days after receipt of an SMS invitation by dialing *250#1.png.
  3. After confirmation, you will receive an SMS on numbers connection to the group.

If the initiator changes the plan, the standard tariffs of "Smart Family" tariff plan shall be applied to the members without the possibility of ordering the bundles. However, any member can become an initiator and create a new "Smart Family" group by dialing *253# or migrate to any other tariff plan.

The standard tariffs over the bundles or tariffs in the event of an insufficient amount on the account to pay for the bundles for an initiator and members are as follows:

The tariff is valid throughout Ukraine.

Provision of telecommunications services in the temporarily occupied territories and certain areas in which the public authorities temporarily do not exercise or do not fully exercise their powers may be limited or impossible due to the circumstances beyond the carrier’s influence and control.

The tariffs are inclusive of all taxes and fees.

You can use social network Facebook without any limits, without additional cost, or spending the bundle megabytes!

For this, please use only official apps for tablets and smartphones or mobile or Web version of the social network websites.

Free use of social network is provided by virtue of payments for the selected service bundle for 6 months since the special start or subscription date. If the monthly fee under the tariff plan is not paid, the received/transmitted data when using social network will be charged according to the tariff plan. When you migrate to another plan, the special remains valid if the terms of the tariff chosen for migration provides for the use of this special (see more details in the description of each tariff). Otherwise, the special will be disabled. You canNB! When you follow external links, such as Youtube etc., the data transmission will be charged according to the tariff plan. Also, the data transmission will be charged according to the tariff plan when you use WAP access point.

The special is valid until December 31, 2016 (inclusive)

The received bundle MB can be used both in 3G+ lifecell network, and in EDGE (2G) network. The unused portion of the bundle services is not accumulated and is not transferred to the next period.

2"Free" means that access is provided by virtue of payment for a bundle for 1 or 30 days during 6 months after starter package activation.

3 During the first outbound call within lifecell network during the day, a one-time fee in theee amount of 1 UAH/day will be charged. All other calls within lifecell network during the day will cost 0 kopecks. You pay only on the day of the call. The fee can be paid from main account and/or using the bonuses. In the absence of 1 UAH on the account, the calls to lifecell will be charged at standard tariffs.

4The provided 5 minutes are available till the end of the day. In case of expenditure of all 5 minutes before the end of the day, other 5 minutes will be provided for 3 UAH. In case, there are less than 3 UAH on your balance, the cost of call is 0,60 UAH/minute.

5The Internet access is charged and provided as 100 MB for 10 UAH or 50MB for 5 UAH if there is less than 10 UAH on the balance. The provided Mbytes can be used during the current day. An unlimited number of additional bundles are available daily. In case there are less than 5 UAH on the balance, the tariff for Internet access is 0,25 UAH/MB.

6Calling to the country that belongs to the group 1 you will get 25 minutes for calls to group 1 countries for 20UAH/30 days. The price mentioned above is informative and is calculated by dividing the value of the package to the number of minutes. In the event of migration to other tariff plan, the paid 30-day service bundle shall be kept for the group initiator, and the group members shall be charged at standard tariffs.

Price per minute for call forwarding to other networks is 0.75 UAH.
