Aggregator and Merchant Accounts Manager (PayCell)
Aggregators & Merchants acquisition:
- Defining potential aggregators/merchants and performing business negotiations with them for financial services cooperation,
- Concluding business agreements for start of cooperation,
- Managing contracting process with new aggregators/merchants,
- Organization of new partners connection/integration to Paycell systems,
- Controlling and approving all commercial conditions and commissions for partners aggregated merchants,
- Managing the process for all new acquired partners merchants upload to Merchant Management system of Paycell
- Communicating partners, rules and knowledge with information how to use Merchant Management systems based workflows and ensuring their follow up of the terms during cooperation.
- Benchmarking of mobile payments market on other market players and analysis of competitors for longterm decisions & strategies and defining midterm tactical actions.
- Form aggregators/merchants targeted KPI's determination (revenue from commission), and budgeting and planning all payments operations.
- Evaluation of aggregators/merchants operational results, their comparison with the objectives and plans, implementation of necessary actions if a deviation exists;
- Relationship management between aggregator/merchant and the operator and commission earning process.
- Confirmation and control of monthly statements prepared by finance department to each aggregator/merchant, which is subject of commission earnings of Paycell.
- Organizing of new aggregators/merchants connection; organizing and control of document flow and technical measures, informing them regarding necessary procedures of interaction with Paycell
- Implementation of financial settlements fulfilling according to the financial department request;
- Monitoring the results from the planned campaigns & events and actions with aggregators/merchants;
- Development and implementation of additional events to achieve targets;
- Creation and management of mobile payments usage increasing campaigns;
- Analysing and deciding to proceed or not for each new merchant inclusion demand delivered from aggregators through Merchant Management system as result of business flows follow up.
- Confirming Paycell brand usage on aggregators/merchants services or channels of managed partner. Approval of communication materials of partners (printed materials, Internet texts, visuals, radio jingles, TVCs) and content services logic; development and execution control of launch support activities for partners’ services in case of visibility of Paycell payment channel to customers.
Partners Payments Services Quality:
- Regular collection of Service Quality Details Reports from partners and Paycell call center, lifecell customer care partners for analysis
- Analysis of customer complaints reports
- Providing inputs to Paycell customer care partners in lifecell and demanding from them control reports based on analysis results and getting further relevant improvement reports
- Internal and external investigating fraud/non-appropriate situation if suspected
- In case of fraud/non-appropriate situation detection undertaking the legal procedure for penalty charging to the guilty party including certificate proving fraud/non-appropriate situation and official letters
- Execution and follow-up of any actions to prevent the same cases in future
- University (Degree)in Business / Economy / Telecom Engineering
- Working experience:5+ Years
- English – Advanced +
- Ukrainian &
Russian - fluent
- PC Skills:MS Office, SAP,
of Ukrainian Financial Services Market Dynamics;
knowledge of business principles and commission sharing models;

Management for Finance market of VAS market in Ukraine is plus;
