Android 2.x та 3.x: In the phone menu, go to Settings -> Wireless communication & networks -> Mobile networks -> Access point names (APN) -> Create an access point name(APN)
Android 4.x: In the phone menu, go to Settings -> More -> Mobile networks -> Access point name(APN) -> New access point name (APN)
And enter the options as follows:

Who can use the service?
The service is available to all authorized lifecell subscribers and all unauthorized visitors to the web-site.
What is the MMS tariff in roaming?
If you send an MMS to a number of a Ukrainian mobile carrier, the tariff corresponds to your plan or a standard value. The GPRS traffic in the network of registration according to conditions of Easy Roaming proposal is charged additionally.
If you send an MMS to a number of a foreign carriers, the tariff shall be UAH 5.00 (including VAT and duty to PF). The GPRS traffic in the network of registration according to conditions of Easy Roaming proposal is charged additionally.

What are the restrictions on the service use?
You can create short text messages using the Latin or Cyrillic characters. One message can contain max 160 Latin characters and max 70 Cyrillic characters.

SMS service is available for all lifecell subscribers
What is the maximum MMS volume?
The volume of one MMS may not exceed 2 MB within lifecell network.
Who can use the service?
Both operators Vodafone Ukraine since 01.02.2019 and Kyivstar since 30.10.2019 stopped the providing MMS service. The service is available within lifecell network only.
