To call from your mobile phone in roaming of lifecell, please, dial:
  • to call the lifecell subscriber — +38 063 (or 093, 073) ХХХ ХХ ХХ
  • to call the subscriber of other Ukrainian operator — 0 code of the operator ХХХ ХХ ХХ
  • to call the local number in Ukraine — 0 code of the city ХХХ ХХ ХХ
  • to call abroad from Ukraine and being abroad to call to any other country (in roaming), please, dial + code of the country, code of the city (or code of the operator) ХХХ ХХ ХХ, where «0» is the aces code to the local communication network, «63», «73» and «93» are codes of lifecell network, ХХХ ХХ ХХ is the number of the subscriber.

Visit self-service "My lifecell", in section Payments and expenses choose the service «Detailed bill» - «Deactivate service». The service will be deactivated after confirmation with a Personal Password.

  • INTERNET — щоб отримати налаштування для Інтернету з телефону або планшету
  • F – щоб отримати налаштування для послуги «Вільний доступ»
  • A – щоб отримати налаштування для послуги «lifecell Архів»
  • WAP — щоб отримати налаштування WAP
  • ALL — щоб отримати всі налаштування, які підтримуються твоїм телефоном.

HOW CAN I GET AUTOMATIC SETTINGS?

To order the automatic settings to be sent to your telephone use one of the following options:

  • Call *123#, select a category Na zvyazku, Nalashtuvannya telefonu.
  • Call at 5433 (free in Ukraine) and contact the employee of the call-center. Name your telephone number and the service and then the necessary settings will be immediately sent to your telephone.

What is a service SMS (notification)?

The settings of the end (terminal) equipment with the Android operating system installed contain a section for service SMS (notifications), in particular, for emergency calls. Such SMS are generated by the smartphone itself when making outgoing calls to free emergency numbers (101/102/103/104/112). Also, the smartphone independently initiates the sending of service SMS to a specific number. At the same time, in the accounting section of outgoing SMS on the smartphone, the latter are not displayed.

In order to avoid paying of such SMS, subscribers can independently disable the permission to send service SMS in the settings of their own terminal equipment. The name of such a section in the settings of a particular smartphone can be found in the instructions for the latter or by contacting the manufacturer's service center.
