If you use the services of another mobile carrier, but went on a trip with lifecell SIM-card and wish to receive calls coming to your number of another carrier while in roaming, please, dial on the phone with a SIM-card of another carrier a combination of **21*+380ххххххххх#,

where: +380ххххххххх - is your new number "Easy Roaming".

To cancel the diversion, dial the following combination on the phone of another carrier: ##002#.

After selecting a network manually, the phone will only use a selected network. If at any time the network is unavailable, the screen will read "No service” (No service), and you won’t be able to make calls, send SMS or use an Internet access in this carrier’s network. This may mean that you are in a place where there is no carrier’s signal or the signal is weak. In this case, we recommend restarting your phone (turn it off and back on again) and repeat the operator search manually. If the signal is unavailable in this place, repeat the network selection, having moved to the areas where the carrier’s signal is stable.

After you enable the automatic carrier selection mode, the phone will be connected to the network, the signal of which is strongest and can automatically switch from one network to another.

The company "lifecell" is not responsible for the operation of foreign carriers in the networks where you get registered in a foreign country.

How is call diversion charged in roaming?

Only unconditional call diversion, i.e. diversion of all calls, needs no additional charge roaming. When a call diversion is enabled on condition of "No Answer", "Not Available" or "Busy", such a diverted call will be charged as two calls, i.e. an inbound roaming call and an outbound roaming call.  

NB! Diversion on condition of "Busy" means that if you talk to someone on the phone and don’t have an activated call hold service, instead of "busy" beeps, the inbound call will be automatically diverted to the predefined phone number, i.e. a conditional call diversion will take place. Also, when an inbound call is rejected by pressing the end call, the call will be automatically diverted to the answering machine, i.e. a conditional call diversion will take place. Such a call will be charged as an inbound roaming call and an outbound roaming call.

To cancel all types of call diversion, dial ##002# and press the call button.

To use roaming and to avoid the undesired expenses during the trips abroad before the departure abroad follow the range of the simple recommendations:

  • select a favorable roaming offer in a country you are heading to,
  • get acquainted with the standard tariffs for the roaming mobile services in this country,
  • make sure that you have sufficient money at your main account to use roaming,
  • make sure that there are no restrictions installed on your telephone regarding the calls, SMS or Internet and if any cancel them. To cancel all restrictions for the calls dial the combination #330*0000# and the call-button.
  • сheck the Internet settings and automatic program updating via the Internet at your smartphone to prevent the undesired expenses as the smartphone can use Internet traffic to update the software without you knowing,
  • сarefully check and if necessary cancel all active forwarding for your number. Please, pay attention, that active forwarding on the provisions «No answer», «Unavailable» or «Busy», the rate for such forwarded call will be as for two simultaneous calls namely the incoming call in roaming and outcoming call in roaming. To cancel all forwarding, dial ##002# and push the call-button.

If you send an MMS to a number of a Ukrainian mobile carrier, the tariff corresponds to your plan or a standard value. The GPRS traffic in the network of registration according to conditions of Easy Roaming proposal is charged additionally.

The cheap rates according to «Easy Roaming» terms are valid only for the specific networks of the roaming-partners. The list of the roaming partners in different countries you can find in the description of «Easy Roaming». Thus having come abroad you must register you phone in the necessary network manually.

After you have selected the network manually the telephone will use this network. If the network is unavailable the words “No service” will be displayed. It can mean that you are at the place where the signal is absent or weak. In this case we recommend to restart you telephone (turn it off and turn it on) and to reconnect manually. If the signal is still absent, re-select the network having changed the location to the place where the signal is stable.

If the operator adjusted the automatic connection abroad, the telephone will connected to the network which signal is the strongest and can automatically switch from one network to another. In this case the rates of the calls, SMS are regulated by the terms of either «Easy Roaming» service or standard roaming rates.
