How to use the service?
Create an SMS message and send it to the number of the fixed network subscriber in national or international format. The length of one "SMS at home" is 153 characters in Latin or 63 characters in Cyrillic. If the message contains at least one letter in Cyrillic, its length is 63 characters.
Note that when sending an SMS message longer than the set number of characters, it will be sent in one voice message. If the length of the message exceeds the set number of characters, such an SMS message when sent is divided into several messages, each of which will not exceed 153 characters in Latin or 63 characters in Cyrillic. Each of these messages will be charged in this case.
The message delivery time is from 6:01 to 23:59.
How to write the message correctly?
For SMS to be read correctly:
1. Avoid abbreviations.
2. Specify the phone numbers of fixed line in the following format: +380 XX XXX XX XX or 0ХХ XXX XX XX
3. Do not use the Cyrillic and Latin letters in one single word.
4. Do not use numbers to write the words.
5. Write with spaces between words.
6. Avoid obscene words.
Also, keep in mind:
The words written in the same way but read differently (perhaps with different emphasis) may sound incorrectly.
The sender must also define the language of the message by using the following prefixes:
«E:» — English
«R:» — Russian (transliteration)
«Р:» — Russian
«U:» — Ukrainian (transliteration)
«У:» — Ukrainian.
