"BALANCE TRANSFER" SERVICE

Zero account is no longer a problem if you have true friends, since your account can be refilled from your accounts of your friends and relatives using the "Balance Transfer" service! Send a free request for help to a friend and s/he will transfer the funds from its main account to your bonus account. Using this service, you also can refill the bonus account of your friends and relatives.

Thanks to the "Balance Transfer" service, you will always stay connected, even if you have no money on your account and there is no chance to buy a scratch card.

How to use

In order to transfer the balance, dial on your mobile a request *111*380ХХХХХХХХХ*ХХХ#, where xxx is the amount of transfer and 380ХХХХХХХХХ is the number to which you wish to transfer the balance and press the call button. After that, you will receive a message asking to confirm the balance transfer. If you confirm the transfer by replying "Yes", it will be executed. To cancel the balance transfer, send the answer "No".

To request a balance transfer, send a free SMS with the text SOS [space] 380X3XXXXXXX, where 380X3XXXXXXX is a phone of your friend whom you ask to transfer the funds to number 123.
An SMS with a request for balance transfer will be sent from your name to the specified number.

*SMS-request about balance transfer does not require payment. 

Full conditions
 

With the help of this service, the subscriber (sender) shall spend money from the main account, buying for them the right to a number of lifecell services in favor of the other subscriber of lifecell LLC (beneficiary). In this case, the bonuses equal to the amount spent by sender shall be credited to the beneficiary’s bonus amount.

The funds transferred to the beneficiary’s bonus account via the "Balance Transfer" can be used under the terms of the bonus account use. Notwithstanding the subscriber service conditions, the term of using the bonuses received via "Balance Transfer" shall be 15 days after they are provided. Unused bonuses will be canceled after the deadline.

Bonuses can be used for calls inside lifecell network, to fixed numbers, calls to other networks and international calls, and also the following services: SMS, MMS – messages, the Internet access services, other lifecell services, except content providers and international roaming services. Receiving of bundle services is possible exceptionally for tariff plans indicated in the table (click here for details). Bundled services for other tariff plans are not provided on these conditions.

NB! The maximum transfer amount per day is 500 UAH. The balance will be transferred from the sender’s main account to the beneficiary’s bonus account. You can request the balance transfer no more than 3 times a day.


Cost of service

The cost of a successful transfer is 3.00 UAH (including VAT and duty to PF).

SMS-request of the balance transfer shall not be charged.

NB! 
Since April 08, 2015, the cost of a successful transfer will be 3.00 UAH. The tariff is quoted in UAH including VAT and duty to PF amounting to 7.5% of the service cost excluding VAT.

How to request a balance transfer?

To request a balance transfer, send a SMS with text SOS [space] 380X3XXXXXXX, where 380X3XXXXXXX is the phone number of your friend whom you ask to transfer the balance to number 123.

Your SMS-request is not charged. At the indicated number of your name will be sent SMS asking for a balance transfer. An SMS with a request for balance transfer will be sent from your name to the specified number.

 
How to transfer the balance?

To share your balance, do one of the following:

  • dial *111*380ХХХХХХХХХ*ХХХ# on your mobile phone, where xxx is the amount of transfer and 380ХХХХХХХХХ is the number to which you wish to transfer the balance and press the call button.
  • Send an SMS with text PEREKAZ [space] 38063XXXXXXX [space] amount of transfer to number 123. 
  • Call *123# and choose Perekaz balansu category. Enter the number to which you wish to transfer funds and transfer amount. 
  • Then you will receive a message asking you to confirm a balance transfer. If you confirm the transfer by replying "Yes", it will be executed. To cancel the balance transfer, send the answer "No".

 
Who can use the service?

"Balance transfer" service is available to all individual lifecell subscribers right after their connection. 

*In some cases the restrictions for service use can be applied for 21 days after the connection if it was performed in one of the stores that are not included into the list of Service Centers and exclusive selling points. In these cases, as soon as the subscriber makes an attempt to use the service, he/she will get a message with the date of service activation.

 
Terms of bonus account use

Besides the main account, you will receive a special bonus account, which will automatically accumulate all bonuses according to your payments or amounts of refill. 1 bonus allows you to receive additional services totaling 1 UAH at the expense of funds paid by the subscriber.

To pay for services, primarily the basic account and the funds on the main account paid by the subscriber shall be used. After using the main account, the bonuses from the bonus account shall be used. Notwithstanding the subscriber servicing conditions, the term for bonus shall be max 30 days after they are provided. The term of bonuses received via "Balance Transfer" shall be 15 days. The unused bonuses shall be canceled after the deadline. The bonus validity term shall begin since the bonuses are accrued, and the subscriber will be able to use such bonuses only after using money from the main account.

Accrual and availability of 1 bonus on the subscriber’s bonus account means that such subscriber accrued and has the right to receive mobile services at the subscriber’s current tariffs, goods and services worth 1 UAH. Thus the goods and services provided to the subscriber using bonuses shall be paid by the subscriber with funds accrued to its main account, and with which the relevant bonuses were credited to the subscriber’s bonus account and are not refundable.

The bonuses are credited to the subscriber’s bonus account, and in no case shall mean literally cash under the laws of Ukraine. In the event of termination (default) of the contract on provision of telecommunication services concluded either orally or in writing (subscriber’s acquisition of the connection package and refill cards), the bonuses (bonus hryvnias) shall be canceled and in no case shall be returned to the subscriber in cash.

The carrier shall reserve the right to suspend the accrual of bonuses/to deduct bonuses/to cancel the bonus account unilaterally without the consent of the subscriber/customer in the event of such subscriber’s/customer’s violation of the laws of Ukraine.
