How to use

CONFERENCE CALL

If your phone supports a conference call function, in order to learn how to use the service on your mobile phone, read your phone manual.

If your phone does not support to call merging, press 3, and then YES (or the call button).

CALL BARRING

To block the calls, you can also use the following special codes:

Barring all outbound calls: *33*password#, to cancel *33*password#

Barring of outbound international calls: *331*password#, to cancel *331*password#

Barring of all international calls when you are in roaming *332*password#, to cancel *332*password#

Barring of inbound calls *35*password#, to cancel *35*password#

Barring of all inbound calls when you are in roaming *351*password#, to cancel *351*password#

Abolition of all bars: #330*password#.

The source code to bar the calls is 0000. You can change it on your mobile phone using the phone manual.

DIVERSION

To divert teh calls, select the condition under which you want to divert your inbound calls, and enter the number you need to divert the call to.

You can also set the diversion using the following codes:

**67*[number]# - divert when the line is busy

**61*[number]# - divert if you do not have time to respond

**62*[number]# - divert when you are out of reach or your phone is off

**21*[number]# - divert all calls

[number] is the number to which you want to divert your calls. Enter it in the same format as when making a call. You also can divert the calls to the "Voice mail" service.

To cancel all types of call diversion, dial ##002# and press the call button.

CONFERENCE CALL

To arrange a meeting with friends or discuss an urgent work issue with colleagues, you don’t have to call each of them separately. The "Conference Call" service will help reducing the time for conversations, allowing to get several subscribers together for a simultaneous call, so that you can talk to everybody at once.

"Conference Call" allows you to chat with several friends (up to 5) at the same time or hold conferences with colleagues using your mobile phone.

The participants of the conference call can be subscribers of lifecell or other mobile networks and phone networks in Ukraine and abroad.

HOLD, CALL WAITING

Hold, Call Waiting services allow, make an outbound call, receive an inbound call or talk to two subscribers alternately without ending the current call.

When an inbound call is made while you are talking on the phone, you hear a few beeps. Without interrupting the current conversation, switch it to the idle mode. Then you can answer an inbound call and, following this conversation, return to the previous one. During a call hold, the subscriber whose call is put on hold will hear the lifecell melody and a voice message "Call put on hold by your interlocutor."

CALL BARRING

The "Call Barring" service allows you to manage the calls and set the limits for your number regarding the calls to certain destinations.

The "Call Barring" service is used to restrict the inbound or outbound calls. This service is useful, for example, to bar the inbound calls while in roaming. Please note: if the redirecting is on, the call barring will not be possible.

DIVERSION

Using the "Call Diversion" service, you can answer all inbound calls even without a mobile phone, since you can divert the inbound calls to any other mobile or landline phone network in Ukraine. Please note: if the redirecting is on, the call barring will not be possible.

NB!
Since December 18, 2014, the fee for "Call Diversion" will amount to additional 0.20 UAH (including VAT without duty to PF) for each call diverted to lifecell numbers. All other terms of "Call Diversion" service remain unchanged.

Example 1. If you want to talk to two subscribers simultaneously.

Call the first number and switch it on hold call; then call the second number and press 3 and YES (or the call button).Your phone display will show a message that your calls are merged into a conference call, after which you can start talking.

Example 2: If you want to talk to three subscribers simultaneously.

Combine two numbers into a conference call as in the example above, place the conference call on hold, then call the third number and press 3 and YES (or the call button). Your phone display will show a message that your calls are merged into a conference call. You can combine up to five numbers in the conference call by repeating the steps above.

Service cost

The services are provided to all lifecell subscribers free of charge.

During a conference call, all outbound calls you made are charged according to the call destination and your tariff plan.

The call you put on hold is charged according to your tariff plan.

The diverted call is charged as an outbound calls to the specified destination according to your tariff plan.

NB! Since December 18, 2014, the fee for "Call Diversion" service will be extra 0.20 UAH (with VAT and without duty to PF) for each call diverted to lifecell numbers. All other terms of "Call Diversion" service remain unchanged.

 
Cost of diverted calls

The call diverted to a regular subscriber number shall be charged as outbound calls to the specified direction according to your tariff plan.

NB! Since December 18, 2014, the fee for "Call Diversion" service will be extra 0.20 UAH (with VAT and without duty to PF) for each call diverted to lifecell numbers. All other terms of "Call Diversion" service remain unchanged.

The calls diverted from lifecell numbers to special numbers of the other national carriers used for further diversion of calls to foreign carriers shall be paid at the outbound call tariffs to CIS countries and Europe.

The range of numbers used by various carriers

The tariffs are quoted in UAH including VAT. Additionally, the duty to the pension fund in the amount of 7.5% of the cost of cellular mobile communication services shall be withheld.
