How to use

Receipt of a hard copy of the detailed bill upon request - once:

  • To obtain a detailed bill once for a certain period (one or more calendar months), visit one of lifecell customer service centers, and, having presented your ID document, fill in a relevant application. The employee of the customer service center will print and provide a detailed bill to you.

Receipt of a detailed bill in electronic version on a regular basis:

  • To receive regular detailed bills electronically, you should log into the self-service system "My lifecell", and activate the "Detailed Bill" service.

"Detailed Bill" is a service allowing you to receive the detailed information on the calls made (direction, duration, and cost of each call) as well as all paid services provided during the calendar month.

The detailed bill is available in hard copy (on a regular basis - monthly, or upon request - once) or electronically on a regular basis in real time, using the "My lifecell" self-service system.

The detailed bill is available to lifecell subscribers served on a contract basis.

Cost of service

Receipt of a hard copy of the detailed bill on a regular basis - monthly:

The subscription fee for receipt of a detailed bill on a regular basis is 10 UAH per number.

Receipt of a hard copy of the detailed bill upon request - once:

The cost of the detailed bill for a calendar month is 10 UAH per number.

Receipt of an electronic detailed bill on a regular basis:

The monthly fee for receipt of a detailed bill electronically on a regular basis is UAH 5. The cost activation is free.

The tariffs are quoted in UAH including VAT. Additionally, the duty to the Pension Fund in the amount of 7.5% of the service cost excluding VAT is collected.

For what period can I get a detailed bill?

You can get a printed version of a detailed bill for any of the past six months, excluding the current month.

If you wish to receive a printed version of the detailed bill for the past few months, the service cost will be equal to the cost of obtaining a bill per month multiplied by the number of months.

The electronic version of the detailed bill includes information for the current month, excluding the current day. The detailed bills for the previous paid months are available for viewing in the self-service system "My lifecell" during 6 months.

 
How to cancel the detailed bill receipt on a regular basis?

To cancel the receiving of a hard copy of the detailed bill on a regular basis, visit one of lifecell customer service centers and, having presented an ID document, fill in an application.

You can cancel the receiving of detailed bill in electronic version on a regular basis using the "My lifecell" self-service system, having deactivated the "Detailed Bill" service.

 
Who can get a detailed bill?

Every lifecell subscriber who gets a customer service on the contract conditions can get a detailed bill. 

 
Can another subscriber get a detailed bill with information about my calls?

No, all call information is confidential and can be provided only after submission of an application to the lifecell customer service center upon presentation of an ID document, or subject to successful identification and registration of a subscriber in a "My lifecell" self-service system.

  • The cost of a detailed bill for a calendar month is 10 UAH per number.

Receipt of a detailed electronic version on a regular basis:

  • Monthly fee for receiving a detailed electronic version on a regular basis is 5 UAH. The service activation is free.
