Call your loved ones at any time, even when you don’t have sufficient funds on your account!

Using the service "Pay for My Call", you can call any lifecell subscriber at their expense. The call will be paid by your conversaton partner, provided that s/he agreed at that!

THE COST OF THE CALLS IS 3.00 UAH AND IS PAID BY THE SUBSCRIBER RECEIVING A CALL AFTER HIS/HER CONSENT TO PAY FOR THE CALL. MAXIMUM TALK TIME SHALL BE 3 MINUTES.

How to use

You can make a call at the expense of the other lifecell subscriber, regardless of the amount of money in your account.

To do this, type the number of the person whom you are calling in format **380XXXXXXXXX, press the call button and wait for the connection.

If when making a regular voice call to lifecell subscriber you do not have enough money on your account, you hear a voice message with a proposal to use "Pay for My Call" service. If you wish your conversation partner to pay for a call, press "1" during or after the voice greeting and wait for connection. If you don’t want to use the proposal, just reject the call.

When receiving a call the person whom you are calling sees your number or name on the phone display. Once the subscriber answers the call, a voice mail will offer him/her to accept your call and pay for it. If the subscriber agrees to receive the call, s/he should press "1" and wait for the connection. To reject a call, press the call rejection button on your mobile phone. If no key is pressed within seconds, the connection is not established.

Managing the service using the "Number List Management"

Using the "Number List Management", you can forbid the calls for your account or pay for calls to selected subscribers without confirming your consent every time.

To manage the list of numbers, dial *816*2#

To prohibit the calls with a request to pay from a selected subscriber, add the number to the "Black List". Also, you can block all calls at your cost. To do this, select the menu item "Prohibit to All".

If you wish to pay for calls from certain subscribers without confirming your agreement every time, add their numbers to the "White List". If you receive calls from such subscribers, the fee for the call will be charged immediately after receiving the call.

lifecell LLC, which provides  services of mobile connection under trademark lifecell, informs about the following "Pay for my call" service changes valid from 22.03.2017:

If a subscriber wants to make a call at the expense of other subscriber, the call price paid by a subscriber, who receives the call after giving his consent for it, will amount to 3.00 UAH. Maximum duration of conversation at other subscriber's expense amounts to 3 minutes (180 seconds).

The tariffs are in UAH including VAT and duty to Pension Fund.

The service allows you to make calls for the account of lifecell subscriber being called, subject to availability of funds on his/her account to pay for the call. The connection is set only if the called subscriber agrees to accept and pay for the call.

The service is available to all lifecell subscribers.

The maximum duration of the call made with "Pay for My Call" service is 3 minutes.

The maximum number of calls is 20 per day.

Please, note that this service cannot be used simultaneously with "CLIR".

Cost of service

The subscriber making an outbound call via "Pay for My Call" shall not pay the service fee.

The service fee shall be charged to the person receiving the call after s/he confirms his/her consent to pay for the call and amounts to UAH 3.00 per call (with VAT and duty PF).

How to make a call at the expense of another subscriber?

To make a call for the account of another lifecell subscriber, proceed in one of the following ways:

· dial the lifecell subscriber's number in the format **380ХХХХХХХХХ or 816380XXXXXXXXX, press the call button and wait for the connection;

· when you have insufficient funds for a regular voice call, you will be prompted to call for the account of the other subscriber. To confirm the request, push "1" and wait for the connection.

 
How to reject an inbound call with a request to pay for it?

If you do not want to receive a call with a request to pay for it, press the end call. If no key is pressed within a few seconds, the connection will not be established.

Service cost
