The "Additional Funds" service allows you to continue communicating even when there is no money on your account!

Having activated the "Additional Funds" service, you will automatically receive  from 5 to 40 UAH extra and use the same for any lifecell services, and the amount used can be returned with the next account refill.

Having activated the "Additional Funds" service, you will automatically receive from 5 to 40 UAH extra and use the same for any lifecell services you may need.

The available extra money sum is determined as follows:

NB! LLC "lifecell" provides its subscribers with an opportunity to stay in touch with their family and friends even when they don’t have sufficient funds on the account to continue using the mobile communication services.

Thus, since May 19, 2016, the terms of "Additional Funds" service are updated, and allow the subscribers qualified for this service to use the "Extra Money" service. When there is not enough money on the account balance for the use of mobile communication services, the "Extra Money" service is activated after the lifecell subscriber receives a relevant notice.

The "Additional Funds" service is activated with the consent of the subscriber when all of the following conditions are met:

- lack of funds on the account balance;

- receiving of an SMS from LLC "lifecell" on provision of "Additional Funds" service;

- continued use of any outbound lifecell mobile communication services after receipt of an SMS on "Additional Funds" service activation (apart from call to the call center or SMS on refusal to use the "Extra Money" service).

Full conditions
 

This service is available to individual and corporate lifecell subscribers served on a prepaid basis for three or more months and refilled their account by 20 UAH or more during the last 60 days.

After service ordering and activation, you will automatically receive 10 to 40 UAH extra for the use of any lifecell telecommunication services within the funds received.

The validity of additional funds is 7 days (from the date of commencement of their use). If the account is not refilled during this period, the possibility of using the services for extra money will be terminated and resumed automatically after the repayment of money used and payment for services.

COST OF SERVICE

Service activation - FREE.

Use of services within each received sum of additional funds for two days - FREE.

The fee for "Additional Funds" service is 3.00 UAH (including all taxes) and is withheld together with the amount of funds used immediately after the next refill:

- unless the personal (main) account is refilled within two calendar days of the beginning of extra money use.
