"BALANCE CONTROL" SERVICE
"Balance Control" is a convenient service, with which you will be able to find out about your children's, parents' or friends' low account balance in order to refill the account of those you care about. After service activation, you will receive an SMS, when the balance on subscriber's main and bonus accounts becomes lower than 5 UAH and lower than 1 UAH.
How to use
To start using the service, you need to connect another subscriber's number to the service. For this, dial the following combination:
*123*31*380Х3ХХХХХХХ# and press the call button, where 380Х3ХХХХХХХ is the number of another subscriber, whose account you want to check.
Then, another subscriber will receive an SMS with the service details and instructions on how to approve or deny the request for consent to check the balance. The subscriber must confirm the request within 3 hours, after that the service will be activated automatically. Thereafter, you will be informed, when the account balance on the other subscriber’s account becomes lower than 5 UAH and lower than 1 UAH.
You can connect 5 numbers of other subscribers, in respect of which you want to receive the low balance warning.
To see which numbers you control or to whom you have given permission to check your account balance, call *123*32#.
To deactivate the service for your number or delete one of the numbers, the balance of which you control, call *123*32#.
To do this, call *123*32# and select “Menekontrolyuyut'”. Then choose the number for which you wish to deactivate the service and confirm your disconnection request. After that, the other party will not be able to receive notifications about low balance on your account.
To top up another subscriber’s balance using the scratch card, dial the following combination:

The service is available for all lifecell subscribers.
You will not be able to receive the low balance warnings in respect of another subscriber’s number in the following cases:
1. The subscriber has not confirmed your request for "Balance Control" service activation.
2. The subscriber’s number receives corporate services. The corporate number balance cannot be controlled according to the service conditions.
