¹Next service package

If the all Internet traffic (within Internet Heat tariff and additional data services, if any) has been used before 4-week service package, the next full service package for your tariff plan will be provided automatically in case, there is sufficient amount on the account. In this case, the remainder unused minutes is retained, and can be used until the end of the accrued service package. In case, there are not enough funds on the account to pay for the service package, access to the Internet will be limited if no other services are activated.

Start using the BiP Messenger! You'll benefit from it! For each 30 minutes of outgoing calls through BiP Out, you'll get 1GB of Internet. The additional GB is valid during 4 weeks.

³Services without pay for Internet traffic

You will have unlimited access to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook Messenger, if you pay the price of a 4-week service package.

1. Reorder of service package before current tariff period expiry

If you used calls or Internet within your tariff plan, you can order a new service package, without waiting for the current package expiry. You can order next service package no more than once a day. To order, dial: *700#(except the case when a 4-week service package is provided automatically).

2. A daily service package

If a 4-week service package is not paid on time, the daily package will be automatically provided, the filling of which depends on the amount on the account, so that you always stay in touch.

If: More than or equal to 20 UAH on the account

Unlimited calls to lifecell are provided on depletion the minutes to all numbers within Ukraine included in the 1-day service package

3. MeloRing

The melody of MeloRing service is included to the cost of starter package or when migrating to this tariff plan for 15 days (including the day of migration). After this period, the melody is automatically turned off. If you want to continue using the melody, order the MeloRing service for 20 UAH/30 days. To switch off this service you need to send SMS with 0 to short number 5050 for free. You can switch the MeloRing service once again by calling short number 5050 or dial *150#.

volume of separate service within 4-week or daily service package is out before its expiry;

⁴If the amount on the account is more than 2 kopecks, but not enough to pay for a minute of outgoing and/or transferred call at standard cost, the number of seconds corresponding to the balance on the account (based on the cost of 1 second=0,033 UAH) will be accrued for you.

⁵The package of 10 SMS is granted, which is valid till the end of day (Kyiv time). Starting from the 11th SMS per day or if there less than 5 UAH on the account, the cost is 2 UAH per SMS.

Other terms of the tariff plan

The service of Facebook Social Network and Facebook Messenger will be provided only subject to the use of official applications, web browsers.

All taxes and fees are included. The minimum tariff plan duration is 7 calendar days from the date of its activation. By activating this tariff plan, the subscriber confirms, that he/she has read and agrees to the terms of the selected tariff plan, the terms and procedure for the provision of telecommunication services by LLC “lifecell”, how to use the chosen tariff plan, received all the required, available and reliable information about telecommunications services, their quantity, quality, range, as well as their provider (contractor, seller).

Redirected calls are charged based on a tariff of outcoming call depending on the direction. For redirected calls to lifecell numbers additional fee is charged – 1 UAH per call.

The tariff plan conditions are valid as of 22.02.2023.

The tariff plan terms are valid as of 05.06.2019.

Services with the quoted conditions are provided exclusively within Ukraine.

The tariff plan with above-mentioned terms is valid throughout Ukraine. The provision of services in the temporarily occupied and uncontrolled territories of Ukraine may be limited or impossible due to circumstances that are beyond the influence and control of the operator.

Please note! The operator reserves the right to set and change tariffs (tariff plans) for its services in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “About Telecommunications”, to change the list of the services of such kind, as well as change the terms and conditions for them; change the period of Campaigns, prematurely terminate, stop their validation period unilaterally in accordance with terms and procedures of providing the LLC “lifecell” telecommunication services.
