- Participants of the Promotion - subscribers of lifecell llc, served on individual tariff plans under the terms of oral and written agreement, who make payments via Paycell App or via WEB-page: https://paycell.lifecell.ua during the promotiion period from 06.02.2023 to 28.02.2023 (inclusively).
