Using Paycell is fast, convenient and safe. You can top up your gaming account, pay for utilities, internet, TV, fines, repay loans and deposit money into your account using only the Paycell payment service. All transactions are available online and do not require registration.

How to use

To use the service you need to visit the portal of the Payment service Paycell paycell.lifecell.ua, select the service you want to use and make a payment. The page can be accessed from any device, both from a personal computer and with a help of a smartphone.

The service is available for lifecell subscribers who receive telecommunication services on subscription basis.

The maximum amount of payments for all transactions may not exceed UAH 6,000 (including commission) during a calendar month.

The maximum amount of a single payment may not exceed UAH 1,200 (including commission) per transaction.

Who can use the Paycell payment service?

The Paycell payment service is available only to lifecell subscribers of the individual prepaid form of service who use lifecell telecommunication services for more than 8 days from the moment of activating the number or replacing the SIM card.

I received an SMS: “Payment not accepted. Expired verification code. " There was no charging. What should I do?

Try sending your payment request again. You will receive a new confirmation code via SMS. This code will be valid for 15 minutes.
