Internet Week




The service implies the provision of a certain data amount every 7 days for a fee charged every 7 days. The amount of data provided within the service can be used only within the territory of Ukraine.

Detailed charging terms

The data sent and received during the night over the amount of data within the service shall be charged according to the tariffs of "Internet Access" service and/or the terms of your tariff plan, and/or other activated Internet services.

If the amount of data provided within the service is exhausted prior to the expiry of the service validity, you will be automatically provided a new data volume for 7 days.

If after 7 days of service use there is not enough funds on the account to be charged for the service for the next 7 days, the service will be suspended for 90 days. After the account is refilled, and provided that there is a sufficient amount of funds to be charged, the service will be provided (and the amount of data will be accrued) and a fee will be charged in full. If there is not enough money on the account to be charged within 90 days of the service suspension, after expiry of the said 90-days’ period, the service will be deactivated.

How to activate the Internet Week service?

You can activate the Internet Week service in one of the following manners:

  • Dial *123*7#, press the call button and approve your request.
  • Dial *123#, choose InternetPoslugy, then InternetWeek and Connect.
  • Send SMS with the text N500 VKL to number 123 and approve your request.
  • Press "1" if you hear the offer to activate the service during a call.
How to check balance and services volume remaining?

To check your current balance and remaining of services volume dial *111# or *121#.

Why do the data on the volume of used Internet traffic in my phone app differ from those of the operator?

The amount of data sent and received during one session is rounded off upwards to the nearest 200 KB. In this regard, please note, that if you use a third-party app to monitor the traffic, the data on the used Internet MB may differ from the data according to the operator’s billing system.
