Delivery methods


lifecell offers several delivery options. Choose the most convenient for you.


  • Home delivery (by Nova Poshta)

Couriers of our partner – Nova Poshta delivery network – will deliver your order to any site in Ukraine only in 2-3 days for free.


  • Nova Poshta depot

Find your city/town/village in the list, choose the most convenient Nova Poshta depot to visit, and receive your order in 1-3 days.


  • Pickup from lifecell store

Pick up an item from a chosen store at any convenient time.


Delivery time


If you choose home delivery, expect your order in 2-3 days (depending on your location). The delivery is carried out through Nova Poshta delivery service, providing an opportunity to track your order through our website or Nova Poshta official website.


If you choose delivery to Nova Poshta depot, you will receive a chosen item in 1-3 days (depending on your location). An order placed before noon is shipped on the same day; an order placed in the afternoon is shipped in the morning of the next day.


When shipping an item to Nova Poshta depot, you will be able to pick it up in 1-3 days. To receive your order, bring a personal ID and name an invoice number. You will be informed about arrival of your order and invoice number through SMS.


In case of home delivery, you will receive an item in 1-3 days during a day on weekdays or according to special timetable on weekends (for more details, visit Nova Poshta official website). A courier will contact you in 30-60 minutes before arrival.


If you choose store pickup, you can receive an item in 30 minutes after placing an order or at any time convenient for you (within working hours).


You can specify all information concerning delivery by asking web shop manager, who will contact you soon after you place an order.


Payment methods


If you choose home delivery, pay by cash directly as received or use "Payment Parts" and "Instant Installment" services provided by PrivatBank


If you choose store pickup, pay by cash or a bankcard at store’s cash desk.


If you choose delivery to Nova Poshta depot, pay by cash or a bankcard (you can specify available payment method via Nova Poshta’s hotline or directly in the chosen division). You can also use "Payment Parts" and "Instant Installment" services provided by PrivatBank.


Before payment, check the condition of an item for the absence of damages and correspondence with a delivery note.


Warranty


All items in our web shop have documents confirming their compliance with regulatory requirements in telecommunications and have an official warranty from the manufacturer.


All items come with manufacturer’s warranty card for the period varying from 12 to 36 months. The information about warranty period is available on a page of every item, or you can specify it with web shop manager.


It is important to note that lifecell LLC is neither a manufacturer nor a seller of goods, it is not responsible for the servicing (including during the warranty period). The sellers are our partners, the contract for sale of items with which is made in the point of sale with lifecell store label (hereinafter - the lifecell store).


Exchange and return


We care about every client, so we want to be sure that you get only the best items in appropriate condition.

If an item happens to be of inappropriate condition or different from one described on the website

you can exchange it for another one or get your money back. For this, you should address an authorized service center for confirmation that usage conditions were not violated.

If you have decided to return or exchange an item of appropriate quality

in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumers”, you can do it during 14 days after the purchase. Contact lifecell store, where you have purchased the item.

Before return
  • - make sure that an item has not been used, there are no scratches or damages, and software has not been modified;
  • - check whether an item is fully packaged and a package has not been damaged, labels and marking have been preserved;
  • - prepare a payment document (bill or invoice), received together with the item at the moment of purchase.

If there is no analogical item at the moment


  • - you will get one right after it appears in stock.
  • - you will be able to choose any other item. If the price is higher, pay out the difference and get a new device straight away. If the price of a new chosen item is lower, you will be the one to receive the difference.
  • - simply get your money back.

The warranty is not valid

after the set term finishes or in case item exploitation terms are violated. Then, you are free to contact manufacturer’s service center and use paid services.
