lifecell won the case against the AMCU on a fine of UAH 19.5 million
The case opened against lifecell back in 2011 was appealed by the operator and the fine for it in the amount of UAH 19.5 million was canceled. The corresponding decision was made by the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal.

NAPC and lifecell are launching a project to combat corruption in the telecom industry
The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) and the mobile operator lifecell are launching a joint Telecom Against Corruption project. This initiative is the first example in Ukraine of a state-private partnership to effectively stimulate the detection of corruption crimes. The relevant memorandum was signed during a meeting on International Anti-Corruption Day.
LLC “lifecell” reserves the right to set and change tariffs (tariff plans) for its services in accordance with the Law “About Telecommunications” as of November 18, 2003 № 1280-IV, to change the list of Services of such kind, as well as change the terms and conditions for them; change the period of Campaigns, prematurely terminate, stop their validation period unilaterally in accordance with conditions and procedures of providing the LLC “lifecell” telecommunication services.
