Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

Achievement of the KPIs: new accounts’ acquisition, new accounts’ revenue, the number of acquired lines, increase voice/non-voice revenue, customer satisfaction and service level, active subscriber base, retention and portfolio customers’ development, etc.

New accounts’ acquisition

·  Analysis and study of prospective Key Accounts: the competitive environment, political and economic factors, trends of the various business segments. Use this knowledge to develop and implement sales channel development and new customers acquisition strategies.

·  Interaction and cooperation with the various functions of the Company to: improve the quality of customer services and sales channel efficiency, increase competitiveness.

·  Regular Meetings with prospective Key Accountstogether with teammembers when necessary.

·  Personal control of new Key Accounts connection.

·  Development, implementation and continuous improvement sale algorithm to improve the efficiency of the sales team, and programs to attract customers.

·  Commercial offers preparation and coordination of approval.

·  Coordination of new Key Accounts Agreements approval and signing, documents management.

·  Monitoring and screening of prospective Key Accounts, taking steps to prevent fraud.

·  Predicting performance in terms of all planned KPIs on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

·  Ensure all activities within the business team according to defined strategies and targets, monitor the compliance with operating principles.

·  Coordination of connection and support of new customers’ connection with Partners of indirect sales channel.

·  Preparation of reports on the results of the accountable territory.

Key Account Portfolio Managementand Relationship Development

·  Analysis and study of Key Account Portfolio: evaluate Key Account preferences and requirements, pricing, products & services, terms and conditions etc. Use this knowledge to develop and implement sales channel development strategies, Key Account retention and satisfaction strategies, up-sell & cross-sell strategies.

·  Interaction and cooperation with the various functions of the Company to improve the quality of Account services and sales channel efficiency, increase competitiveness.

·  Regular Meetings with Accountstogether with the team when necessary.

·  Personal control of Key Accounts’ service quality.

·  Development, implementation and continuous improvement sale algorithm to improve the efficiency of the sales team, and retention programs for Key Accounts.

·  Commercial offers preparation and coordination of approval.

·  Coordination of portfolio Key Accounts Agreements approval and signing, documents management.

·  Monitoring customer credit status and accounts receivable status, taking steps to prevent fraud.

·  Predicting performance in terms of its performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

·  Ensure all activities within the business unit according to defined strategies and targets, monitor the compliance with operating principles.

·  Coordination of relationships building, establishment of partnership and trustful collaboration with Key Accounts.

·  Preparation and implementation of retention and satisfaction algorithms for Key Accounts segments.

·  Reports on the Key Account management team results.

Managing the team

·  Monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets share with the team.

·  The channels are correctly distributed to the right of the target.

·  Follow regularly team performance, give timely feedback, coaching.

·  Setting goals and tasks and controlling of performance.

·  Determine training needs of the team will share with their respective teams.

·  Distribution of potential customers database by segment, planning team members workload.

·  Development of professional skills of team and individual development plans, monitoring and analysis of results.

·  Team motivation.

  Other

·  Planning of the regional budget usage.

·  Business continuity keeps under control as aware of events that can interrupt, it takes measures to mitigate the impact. Alternative plans should be prepared in advance. Access to critical documents and data should be ensured continually.
