Leading Noncurrent Assets Accountant

1.  Interaction with the financial departments of suppliers and contractors regarding timely registration of tax invoices in the state register (EDRPN) through negotiation, determination of reasons for delay in registration of tax invoices and agreement on finding ways for the fastest terms of registration of tax invoices for the purpose of preventing losses of a tax credit.

2.  Interaction and communication with the Legal and Corporate Security Division by providing analytical reports, supporting documents, explanations and substantiations on business operations on the request of external control bodies (tax, prosecutor's office, Ministry of Internal Affairs, etc.).

3.  Interaction with managers of other functional groups by providing recommendations, consultations, explanations, substantiation of the correctness of the formation of the Acts of performed works / services provided with suppliers to prevent unnecessary expenses of the company.

4.  Interaction with managers of other functional groups to organize and conduct annual inventory of assets / actives in places of exploitation in order to ensure the preservation of property of the company.

5.  Processing of data on inventory of assets in the place of operation, informing other functional groups about identified shortages and surpluses, reflection in the account of the results of inventory.

6.  Control overcapitalization of assets and write-off of non-current assets according to legal grounds to prevent unnecessary inefficient expenditures. Providing managers with analytical reports on assets capitalization and write-offs of non-current assets.

7.  Innovations: Initiation of automation of processes for the accounting of non-current assets to accelerate the receipt of results for each reporting period, providing analytical reports to managers of all functional groups for the acceptance of management costs.

8.  Innovations: Implementation of automation of processes for the accounting of non-negotiable assets by setting tasks, testing programs, implementation to production environment.

9.  Participation in cross-functional projects of the company on automation of processes to ensure correct recording of the company's property.

10.  Interaction with the company's internal audit Division by confirming the existence of implemented control processes of recognized costs, accrued taxes, receivables and payables in accordance with the requirements of international SOX rules.

11.  Interaction with the units of national and international reporting by ensuring the closure of the monthly report in accordance with national and international standards and in time set by Turkcell.

12.  Interaction with external auditors by providing substantiation, explanation, supporting documents, and analytical reports on business operations in the reporting period.

13.  Interaction with Procurement Division and Treasury and Revenue Risk Management Division through monitoring and confirmation of payments to suppliers in accordance with the terms of contracts.

14.  Interaction with the financial departments of suppliers and the Procurement Division through the analysis of receivables and accounts payable on maturity, reconciliation of settlements with suppliers and buyers of services, formation of verification acts with partners.

15.  Innovations: Initiation of offsetting of homogeneous requirements with partners in order to reduce overdue debts.

16.  Interaction with the Department of Procurement and other procurement departments by obtaining the original contracts for their registration, storage, and issue on request.


Ensuring direct and effective impact on EBITDA / EBITD through full and correct accounting of fixed assets, intangible assets (GA), capital investments and inventories. Providing analytical reports to functional group managers for making managerial decisions, identifying trends and ways for further development of the company, preventing additional expenses of the company

Financial/ economical

Working experience:

4+ years in the finance area, including experience in accounting of materials, intangible assets, equipment mounting works\services.

Relevant industry experience is a plus.

·  MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel (advanced user – work with formulas, pivot tables, large volume of data, transferring text files to Excel);

Working knowledge:

  Standards of accounting 8,9,10,11,12,14,15,16,21,27,31

·  Tax Code of Ukraine,

·  Law «On Accounting and Financial Reporting»

·  legislative acts, regulations, orders, orders, guidelines, methodological and regulatory materials for the organization of accounting and reporting;

·  organization of document circulation in the areas of accounting.

Analytical skills, focusing on problem solving, ability to correctly prioritize; result oriented; initiative; focus on the client; ability to work in a team; communication skills. Ability to plan time correctly. Understanding of the basic principles of Ukrainian legislation, financial accounting and taxation.
