Analyzes subscriber base, finds segments of subscribers who are inclined to buy a tariff or company service, or go to silent.

Analyzes the performance of targeted campaigns.

Prepares a monthly report and presentation of the targeted campaigns results.

Develops / updates methodology of the targeted campaigns analysis.

Automates the process of selecting a specific subscriber segment for a targeted campaign based on the data warehouse (DWHDM).

Participates in the development of analytical data models, such as churn prevention, cross / up-sell, and others, in collaboration with the Department of Business Analytics.

Ad-hoc requests fulfilment: preparing SQL script, analysis customer segments, data cross-checking.

Develops analytical tools to track KPIs of customers who have bought a product in the past or prospects whose profiles indicate that they are likely to buy

Automate the process of the target campaigns analysis.

Develop recommendations for changing the logic of targeted campaigns and improving their effectiveness.

Expands client data set based on analytical models and adds new data to a repository, with the ability to use it to configure targeted campaigns.

Manage targeting criteria by channel and align with marketing managers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data segmentation for targeted campaigns

Develop and maintain effective tools and process for communicating and sharing insights to key stakeholders.

Coaches, and support less senior colleagues, shares experience, can supervise if necessary.

Marketing, economics, mathematics etc

5+ years

English Intermediate

PC Skills

DWH tools (SQL/PL Developer) or SQL, MS Excel



4.4. Specificknowledge/ experience  areas

·  Experience with information systems or Database management

·  Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills with strong Access and PowerPoint experience;

·  Statistical competencies preferred;

·  Knowledgeable about Marketing campaigns, data modelling and consumer profiling;

·  Ability to leverage insights to draw sound conclusions and translate them into actionable recommendations;

·  Strong ability to multi-task.

·  Must have strong business acumen, and the ability to work with people at varying levels within the organization; and must possess strong verbal & written communication skills.
