Leading System Analyst
1. Business and Technical Analyse of telecom products; - Make analyze of business requirements; - Make analyze of current infrastructure and find possible solution for implementation; - Prepare specification documents (in according to SOX requirements); - Recommend to business solution which will be in compliance with SOX process and match to business and technical sides in a best manner; - Recommend alternative flows and presenting the idea to request owner; - Investigate new product impact on the existing product catalogue; - Organize and manage workshops between business and technical groups; - Follow up product after launch: be aware about progress; keeping update product catalogue, verify KPI after product commercial usage; - Describe risks and require steps for their elimination; describe possible solution in case risk occurred; - Prepare acceptance use cases; - Make acceptance of requested functionality. 2. Projects Coordination: projects are related to telecom product catalogue: - Taking part in project as Project Manager (PM); - Preparing project status reports as PM; - Preparing project related documents; - Be responsible for project plan execution; - Be responsible for delivery, resource and budget as PM; - Be responsible for project communication as PM; - Work with risks; - Work with vendors; - Be responsible for the product commercial usage. 3. Product Management: - Technical products’ management (deployed systems, applications and integrated solutions); - Making gap analysis between used and implemented system functionality and based on it create proposal for usage; - Follow up vendors plans about future product enhancements and communicate it with business and technical teams; - Collecting requirements from business and technical sides about needs; discuss them with vendor and plan delivery; - Follow up and report customers’ complaints related to product; - Make proposal of improvement. 4. Learning know-how, using it in business development; presentation to colleagues. 5. Reporting: - Performing regular reporting in accuracy and quality level; - Making presentation about work progress in accuracy and quality level; - Making project status presentations.
1. Specialist or master university degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Economic Cybernetics / Applied Mathematics. 2. Working experience: - 2-4 years experience of business & system analysis, technical requirements preparation, testing, project\product management; - At least 3 years of technical background; - Кnowledge in Telecom OSS/BSS/SMSC/MMSC/IVR/USSD/GPRS technologies; - Hands on experience with related systems (such as Billing, CRM, DWH, VAS etc.); - Understanding of telecom infrastructure. 3. Fluent English, Ukrainian, Russian. 4. PC Skills: - Good experience in using Microsoft Project (Server); - Knowledge and experience of working with UML; - Good experience in office automation SW tools. 5. Specific knowledge/experience areas: - Having strong self confidence; - Easy adaptable for the business strategy changes; - Good communication skills in both verbal and writing; - Open for communication with internal / external customers; - Ability for analytical and solution/result oriented thinking; - Effective time management; - Working on multiple tasks in parallel; - Proactive; - Possibility to work under press and stress.
