Leading Operations Support Specialist

Responsibilities

1. Business planning and channel development: - Creation and implementation of reporting system for reported channels - Participation in remuneration systems creation and implementation for Sales Channels 2. Regular operation interaction, control and coordination: - Ensure, development and control in time reporting in Sales Channels - Target achievement efficiency analysis and control - Long and short term activities efficiency analysis and control - Budget preparation and usage control in collaboration with SME/SOHO division - Sales processes efficiency analysis and control - Regular remuneration calculation; - Preparation and provision all necessary documents for reported channels: Agreements, Annexes and Addendums, Presentations, Information letters, Reports, Acts of rendered services, tax notes etc. - Responsible for quality of result of calculation of indirect channel’s monthly premium values 3. Support of agreements: - Agreements development for cooperation with partners according to business needs - Preparation of documents for signing with new partners - Control of document signing by partners - Sending agreements to partners/control over receiving signed copies - Checking of correctness signed documents by partners - Coordination of signing and control over document-flow in Company 4. SAP ERP support: - Approval of contracts with the Legal Department and the Unit of Tax Planning via SAP - Creation of purchase orders, requests, invoices, sales invoices - Update of supplies and contracts pricing registers 5. Support of warehouse accounting - Organization of transfer of supplies from corporate central and other warehouses to sales staff. - Organization of intake of supplies to corporate central warehouse

Requirements

1. Education Level University Degree Area Economics/Mathematics/Marketing 2. Working experience: 3-5 years 3. Other requirements Language skills English upper intermediate (oral & written) PC Skills Upper intermediate (MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point) 4. Specific knowledge/ experience areas Sales (FMCG, B2B), negotiation and presentation skills, strategy vision
