Mobile network monitoring by failure conditions and key performance indicators • Registering and processing incidents related to mobile network failures • Reporting on mobile network incidents • Processing customer complaints related to mobile network failures • Support of planned and recovery works on mobile network
Education: bachelor - telecommunications • Language skills: Ukrainian or Russian – native speaker, English – basic oral and written • PC Skills: Windows – advanced • Solid understanding of GSM/UMTS network design and operation principles; • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP suite of protocols;
