Leading Traffic Routing Engineer
1. Analysis of signaling and voice traffic routing 2. Follow up of voice traffic and signaling KPI 3. Troubleshooting of signaling and voice traffic services 4. Customer complaints and TT processing 5. Provide support traffic in emergency situations 24/7 6. Implementing emergency call routing (101--104) 7. Interworking with Internal Clients – Marketing, Fraud department, Sales department, Roaming department, VAS platform unit, Customer services platforms unit, Customer solution unit, Transport Unit 8. Work with external clients - International to National Providers
1. Education Level University degree Area Telecommunications, Technical 2. Working experience: 2-4 years 3. Other requirements Language skills Russian, Ukrainian, English (intermediate) PC Skills Good computer knowledge (Microsoft office and Unix based statistic tools) Driving license No need 4. Specific knowledge/ experience areas • Experience in telecommunication and SS7 engineering (ISUP, MAP) • Experience in signaling monitoring systems, trace reading • GSM network concept knowledge • MSC and MGW operations
